1. General Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
• A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email or message from our team.
• Pawan Tours & Travels reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or safety concerns.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

• Estimated fares are subject to change based on actual distance traveled, toll taxes, parking fees, and wait times.
• Toll taxes, state permits, and parking charges are generally excluded from the base fare unless explicitly mentioned in your package.
• An advance payment may be required to secure long-distance or multi-day trip bookings.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will not incur any cancellation fees.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the booking amount.
• Refunds for advance payments will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original mode of payment.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must carry valid identification during travel, especially for inter-state trips.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger(s) will result in additional charges for repair or cleaning.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Pawan Tours & Travels is not responsible for any personal items lost or left behind in the vehicle. Please check your belongings before exiting.

5. Service Delays and Liability

• While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by heavy traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or vehicle breakdowns.
• In the rare event of a mechanical failure, we will make every effort to provide an alternate vehicle as quickly as possible.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

The personal information you provide during booking (name, phone number, email, address) will only be used to process your booking, send confirmations, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
